Meet Me
As a Certified Professional Doula and a Certified Professional Doula Instructor, Tami brings incredible professionalism and knowledge in this care space. She provides physical and emotional support to moms, partners, and families, by bringing evidence-based information and advice. Providing and suggesting physical comfort measures during labor and birth, Tami uses techniques such as touch, massage, aromatherapy, breathing techniques, position and movements, and more to assist with care.
Tami impacts clients, their families, and her doula community by sharing what she knows and supporting their goals and objectives. She strives to educate and provide information and resources that help support families in meaningful ways.
She believes in the sacredness of supporting others during the most vulnerable times in the lives. Her calling is walking with others on their journey by supporting, encouraging, and guiding them as they navigate their current and future state.

I stand for helping those who need healing and care after a change, crisis, or trauma. I also stand for helping others find their path through education and information so they can own their own journey as they grow as professionals or heal and grow in their lives.”
